Backstage watches the show in the background and captures every sale the moment Whatnot shows it. Handle, item, price — already filled in. You touch nothing.
The first item a buyer wins gets a bin number. Every later win that night drops into the same bin. So you're not packing post-show — items are already grouped by buyer when the show ends.
Connect a thermal printer once. Backstage prints a sticker per buyer at the moment of sale, with the bin number front and center. The label tells your future self what goes where.
Most live sellers report hours of packing after a show — locating items, grouping them by buyer, taping boxes, labeling. Backstage cuts that to checking the boxes that are already grouped, printing a label, and out the door. Three numbers, real math.
