  • New backstagelive.app site, on Cloudflare Pages — playable hero, ROI calculator, comparison matrix, personalized demo, AI chatbot, signup, community, playbooks.
  • v2 design tokens migrated from the iPad codebase so the website finally matches the app.
  • Privacy / Terms / Support pages migrated, restyled to v2.

In progress

  • GitHub Actions workflow for auto-deploys (pending workflow scope on the deploy token).
  • Lounge gating via Cloudflare Access.
  • Founder dev-log clips.

Caught most of it on screen. Spinning up Astro on Cloudflare Pages, wiring the v2 tokens, the playable hero, the chatbot. Worth watching to see why we picked Cloudflare for everything instead of stitching three services together.
