Thermal printer setup — what actually matters
Most "printer not working" reports come down to four things. Here they are.
One: pair via the OS Bluetooth screen first, not the app. Two: print a test label from the printer manufacturer's app to confirm the printer itself works. Three: in Backstage settings, pick the correct media size (4x6 for most shipping labels, 2x1 for bin labels). Four: when you change rolls, re-pair — most printers reset their pairing state on power cycle.
